Cuyahoga Health Access Partnership (CHAP) has a navigator available three days a week to help people learn options available for enrolling in health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Navigator services are available by appointment from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Healthcare Center at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center.
