Biscaro, Psy.D., ABPP (Forensic) to the newly created post of chief clinical officer of behavioral health & addiction medicine, effective January 6, 2020. In this position, Dr. Biscaro will serve an integral role in improving access for Rosary Hall detoxification and outpatient programs, inpatient adult and geropsychiatry, and psychiatric emergency department. Cuyahoga County Announces Phase One of Opioid Crisis Mitigation Plan, including $2M to St. Vincent’s Rosary Hall
County Executive Armond Budish and Council President Dan Brady today announced Phase One of the Cuyahoga County Opioid Crisis Mitigation Plan. Cuyahoga and Summit Counties have so far secured four settlements totaling $61 million for the two counties. Cuyahoga County has received approximately $23 million of the settlement funding.
