Ciprian Plesca is a NCCPA-certified physician assistant with 22 years of experience in medicine and patient care, expertise in general surgery, endoscopy, comprehensive wound care, hyperbaric oxygen, primary care, urgent care and individual medical readiness exams for active duty service members. He is a clinical preceptor to physician assistant and nurse practitioner students, and licensed and registered in the state of Ohio.

He earned a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies, A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, Mesa, Arizona; Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees, Cuyahoga Community College.
