The first time you meet Margaret Wong, you are greeted with the biggest smile. It is warm. It is welcoming. Colleagues have described her as a shining star, someone who lights up a room when she enters. People gravitate to her and you always feel more hopeful, more positive and better about yourself after any encounter with Margaret.

A Chinese immigrant, she has made helping others her life’s work. As arguably America’s foremost immigration attorney, she has helped pave the way to U.S. citizenship for tens of thousands over her career. She is grace personified, God’s hands at work in the world.

Recently recognized as the recipient of the St. Vincent DePaul Award at St. Vincent Charity’s CARITAS event, Margaret Wong gives generously of her heart, her resources and her wisdom. She has established scholarships for students and a number of schools and universities. She has donated to several hospitals and health related causes. Her selflessness knows no bounds.

Margaret Wong gives generously of her heart, her resources and her wisdom.

Watch the video and you will find out more about this amazing woman. A member of the St. Vincent Charity board of directors, Margaret stands out as a civic treasure who blesses every person in her life and those in the community who rely on the compassionate care provided by the hospital.
